Place your order online and choose a day and time. We'll cut and pack it fresh and have it waiting at the counter on The Diamond, Raphoe. Collection is Monday to Saturday, 9am – 6pm.

Payment
No payment is taken online. Your total is confirmed when weighed items are cut, and you pay when you collect. Prices shown online are a guide.

How does ordering online work?
Add products to your basket, press "Place Order" and fill in your details. Your email app opens with the order written out — just press send. We'll ring you to confirm, then have it ready on the day you chose.
What is Himalayan salt dry aging?
Our beef is matured uncovered in a chamber lined with blocks of Himalayan pink salt. The salt draws out moisture and keeps the air clean while natural enzymes tenderise the meat, concentrating the flavour for a rounder, sweeter, more intense steak.
Can I choose how thick my steak is cut?
Of course. Add a note at checkout — thickness, how long aged, fat on or trimmed — and we'll cut it exactly how you like it.
How much notice do you need?
Most orders can be ready the next day. For tomahawks, large roasts, party packs and Christmas orders, please give us a couple of days' notice.
Can I set up a weekly order?
Yes. Tick "Make this a regular weekly order" at checkout and we'll get in touch to set it up.
Do you do barbecue and party packs?
We do. Tell us the headcount and your budget and we'll put together a mixed pack to suit.
Why is the price different when I collect?
Meat is cut and weighed to order, so final prices on weighed items can vary slightly from the guide price shown online.
